1. Description of Service
This website ("we", "us") provides registration, renewal and DNS record management of third-level domains under gov.uk.cc and ac.uk.cc. By submitting a registration order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Domain Registration Rules
- 2.1 The domain prefix may contain lowercase letters, digits and hyphens (-) only; 2-63 characters; it cannot begin or end with a hyphen.
- 2.2 System-reserved names (e.g. www, mail, ns, admin, api, gov, ac) are not available for registration.
- 2.3 Domains are allocated to the party whose payment is completed and verified; an unpaid order does not constitute ownership.
- 2.4 You must ensure the registered domain does not infringe any third party's lawful rights, including trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property rights.
3. Fees & Payment
- 3.1 Pricing: gov.uk.cc at 100 USDT per year; ac.uk.cc at 75 USDT per year. Multi-year orders are charged at the same unit price.
- 3.2 We accept USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) only. Fiat currency, other coins or other networks are not accepted.
- 3.3 You must accurately enter your website username in the transfer memo. Orders that cannot be verified due to a missing or incorrect memo, insufficient amount or wrong network will not be activated, and any related losses shall be borne by you.
- 3.4 After transferring, please submit your payment proof on the order page; providing the transaction hash (TxID) is recommended for faster verification.
- 3.5 On-chain cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible once confirmed. Except as set out in Section 6, refunds are not available after activation.
4. Activation & Resolution
- 4.1 After verifying the on-chain amount, network and username memo, we activate resolution and change the domain status to "Active". The service period runs from the activation date for the purchased number of years.
- 4.2 Once active, you may add, modify, disable or delete A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records, and you are solely responsible for all configured records.
- 4.3 Propagation time depends on TTL settings and network caches; we do not guarantee a specific activation time.
5. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses
You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant jurisdictions. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- (1) Phishing, telecom and online fraud, pyramid schemes and other fraudulent activities;
- (2) Gambling, illegal fundraising, money laundering, or providing traffic or redirection for such activities;
- (3) Distributing pornographic, violent, terrorist or extremist content;
- (4) Spreading viruses or trojans, hacking, intrusion or illegal control of information systems;
- (5) Selling prohibited goods, infringing intellectual property, or other acts violating mandatory laws;
- (6) Impersonating government, judicial or educational institutions to publish false information;
- (7) Any other illegal act or act against public order and good morals.
6. Violation Handling
- 6.1 Upon discovering or receiving a verified report of illegal activity, we may immediately terminate all resolution of the domain (and related domains) without prior notice.
- 6.2 Domains terminated for illegal activity are not eligible for any refund, and the service period ends immediately.
- 6.3 For suspected criminal offences, we will lawfully preserve and hand over registration information, login logs, DNS records, orders and payment proofs to public security and judicial authorities, and cooperate with investigations.
- 6.4 You shall be fully liable for any losses caused to us or third parties by your illegal activities.
- 6.5 Anyone may report illegal activity, counterfeiting or impersonation to our abuse mailbox: abuse@gov.uk.cc. Reporter information is kept confidential.
7. Renewal, Expiry & Release
- 7.1 You should renew before expiry; domains not renewed on time will lose resolution.
- 7.2 A grace period may be provided at our discretion (without commitment); domains still unrenewed after the grace period will be released and may become available to others.
- 7.3 Renewals are payable in USDT (TRC20) at the prices published at the time of renewal.
8. Disclaimer
- 8.1 We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, on-chain congestion or policy changes, but will endeavour to minimise the impact.
- 8.2 Losses caused by your own mistakes (wrong address, wrong network, missing memo, incorrect DNS configuration) shall be borne by you.
- 8.3 We do not guarantee the outcome of any transaction or cooperation reached through this service.
9. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
- 9.1 We may revise these Terms as required by laws or operational needs; revised terms take effect upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
- 9.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be settled through negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to the competent people's court at our location.
